Andy Stern’s Office Furniture, Inc. offers Computer Aided Design Services (C.A.D.) powered by 20/20 Technologies, the latest software for state of the art space planning capabilities. Our design software is an integrated package of applications that automates the design, specification, and facilities management process. It links CAD-based graphics and electronic catalogs from our selected manufacturers with sophisticated software tools to help us manage large design projects, reduce errors, and increase your office’s productivity.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
The first step is simple, we begin by asking a lot of questions. How many people will be using your space? What are their jobs? What are their storage and work surface requirements? And many more. Next, we either come to your office and measure your space or you can send us the dimensions. If your floor plan is in an electronic format (from your landlord, for example) you can simply email it to us (in dwg format) and we can begin immediately. From there we begin to design your office. If needed, we will happily provide several revisions (with lots of your input) until the perfect plan has been achieved.
