Stopping cancer without stopping your life.  That is the goal of Remedy Plan Therapeutics an extremely innovative Bio-Tech company located in Gaithersburg, MD. Remedy Plan is developing the first drugs that halt tumor growth and disrupt the cancer stem cells that cause metastasis.

We recently had the honor of designing and furnishing Remedy Plan Therapeutics new offices in Gaithersburg, MD.

Remedy Plan’s approach aims to disrupt metastasis and tumor growth by inhibiting the properties of cancer stem cells that allow them to spread and resist chemotherapy. Focusing on properties not found in health adult tissue ensures cancer stem cells are the only targets, making their approach both effective and non-toxic.

Remedy Plan’s novel drug screening platform measures the most dangerous properties of cancer stem cells, allowing them to identify and develop drugs that disrupt proliferation and inhibit formation of new tumors.

For this project we used our new line of cubicles called Systems In Stock (SIS).  We like SIS because it’s a commercial grade product at a great price.  And SIS is in stock so it can be delivered almost immediately – which is very unusual in the cubicle market.  This worked for Remedy Plan because they were in a hurry to move into their new offices.

For the private offices and conference room we used our Napa Laminate of casegoods and tables.  Napa is a full line of laminate office furniture designed for a modern look and built to last in today’s demanding work environment.
