OK, I’m not imagining things I really did see a rooster in Bethesda last week. But not the kind you’re thinking of. As past Chair of the Bethesda-Chevy Chase Chamber of Commerce I was invited to emcee the ribbon cutting for a brand new business which just opened in Bethesda called Roosters. Rooster’s is a Men’s Grooming Center that harkens back to the days when the barbershop was an American cultural icon. The Roosters experience combines modern men’s grooming techniques with classic barbershop elements. What made the day even more special was that the owner of Roosters, Kevin Clark, is a former employee of ours who was one of our top sales execs for 15 years. All of us at Andy Stern’s wish Kevin the best of luck in his new venture and urge all of you to give Roosters a try. I know you’ll enjoy the amazing personal service.
