Who Are Monday Properties?
Monday Properties is a vertically-integrated real estate investment firm that owns, operates, develops, and invests in a dynamic portfolio of mixed-use properties. The firm has completed over 86 property transactions since 2022, representing 35 million square feet and $16 billion in capital value.
They use their comprehensive strategy to delivery unique commercial and residential investment offerings that transform communities and focus on connectivity. Monday Properties’ current portfolio totals more than 5 million square feet (about half the total floor space of the Pentagon) of commercial office space and 3,600 multi-family units that are either developed, planned, or currently under construction.
The Design!
The customer’s main goal was to create an open office space while including six private workstations, one reception station, and casegoods for two existing private offices. Budget and availability were strong factors influencing the specific choice of furnishings. The finished and installed design includes workstations from Open Plan Systems and casegoods from Offices To Go.
