H & B Engineered Products

Location: Beltsville, Md.

H&B is an innovative contributor in providing HVAC solutions.

Since breaking ground in 1975, H&B Engineered Products has been serving the Washington, D.C., Northern Virginia and Maryland HVAC markets. Their mission is to optimize building efficiency in harmonizing design and installation for the construction community.

Their team consists of Sales Engineers and LEED AP professionals proficient in the Commercial and Industrial HVAC Market.

They represent over 50 of the most advanced HVAC manufacturers, with products ranging from Air Distribution, Architectural Materials to Applied Equipment and Refrigeration.

In July of 2016, H&B merged with long term Baltimore rep firm J-K Mechanical, combining talents and expanding both their geographic reach and product-line offerings. They centralized their corporate office in Beltsville, and now have three convenient stocking warehouse locations in Landover – Md , Linthicum – Md and Chantilly, -Va.

The design layout for this project was driven by the customers’ goal of creating a modern, simple, attractive, and welcoming space . Sit to Stand Products were important and needed to be incorporated into each area of design and specification.

Once the installation of the furniture was complete, photos were taken and the outcome was discussed with the customer to make sure all goals and expectations were met and to verify the customer’s satisfaction.

Monday Properties Installation

Monday Properties is a massive, vertically integrated real estate investment firm that owns, operates, develops, and invests in a dynamic portfolio of mixed-use properties. The firm prides itself on delivering unique commercial and residential investment offerings that transform communities and focus on connectivity.

our design solutions

The customer’s main goal was to create an open office space while including six private workstations, one reception station, and case goods for two existing private offices. Budget and availability were strong factors influencing the specific choice of furnishings. The finished and installed design includes workstations from Open Plan Systems and case goods from Offices to Go.

our design solutions

Televic came to us looking to create a new space that would include 12 open area stations, 2 conference rooms, and a reception lounge. They also wanted updated café tables and chairs. As part of our design solutions, we incorporated sit-stand desk features in every station, plus storage and task seating. Selected products we used included:

  • Office Source Storage Credenza
  • Global Café Tables and Stools
  • Global Reception Citi Lounge


We worked with Federline Installation to set it all up and are happy to say Televic was very pleased with the results!
